I’m not against structure in my life... |

I happen to like it. Just as long as it’s my own… (Ian Wild)
The individual and ‘the human being’ is the focal point of STRATCH. This is the case both in managing the organisation and managing change. People are the key to success, but are often the reason for failure. People are human beings and not machines. Therefore an organisation (as collective of individuals with a certain aim) is seen by the professionals of STRATCH as a living organism. And within this living organism the “cells” and “organs” only function optimally when they know exactly what they are supposed to do. An “organ” that cannot function properly can have a negative effect on the organism as such. Employees or management that do not know what their objectives/goals are cannot fully contribute to a healthy organisation. Clear intructions, optimal communication, co-operation, or targeted changes require clarity about the individual position within the organism. Only if there is clarity about the position of the individual within the total framework, and the targets of the organisation, efforts can be optimised towards the intended target. A core task of top management is to provide clear structures and guidelines within one management framework. A healthy organisation recognises clear structure and a united management system.
