| If you want to change the world, change the leaders |

Hidden within every one of us is a leader who (depending on the right circumstances) may or may not come to full fruition. It is up to each of us to guide ourselves in the direction of our own ambitions. Success doesn’t just come along, you have to actively persue it. If you chose not to put your ambitions first then the chance is that you will get what you don’t want – (stress). The chance that you will get what you really want (success) then is zero. So who are you, the leader who creates success or the loser who end up with stress?
The professionals of STRATCH stimulate the management of organisations to create and uphold the circumstances in which people, teams and organisations can grow. Leadership is aimed at the recruitment and appreciation of people whose individual ambitions contribute to the realisation of the goals of the collective mission. If there is no match then everyone will go their own way. If you want to be effective as leader, then you get the best out of people. If you start with yourself, you can change your world. Leadership
Our variation on the speech by Ghandi: ‘If you want to change the company, change the management!” It is the character of the management that determines the culture of an organisation. This is clear to see within family organisations or in smaller departments. The good news is that management can develop an organisation. Because people follow by principle what a manager does and not what he wants or tells. This is the same example as with little children, they learn by copying what their parents do. “Learning by doing”. Give the proper example as leader, because everything you do will be copied.
