Leendert is a wilful consultant, specialised in creating a great balance between strategy and operation. In that, he chooses people instead of structures, processes and as a starting point in organisations. From experience, Leendert knows that it is a must to involve the employees in the development of a strategy, since this will lead to a better performance of the organisation. The result is an operationally executable strategy that is widely supported, sufficient implementation capacity and employees who feel that their work has meaning. By means of a good execution of a joint strategy, both employees and managers can prove they are right! Leendert helps organisations with using an enormous surplus of knowledge, ambitions, motivations, and competences of employees, besides the competences they use in their own work.
