Erik Toenhake has a strong background in coaching and developing young and matured talent. In the past years of his career, he has inspired dozens of junior and senior professionals to get the most out of themselves. As co-founder of Rabobank-preferred supplier Match and More (training and secondment), he was also responsible for the daily management of a dynamic company.
Erik develops trainings and improvement programs that are aimed to involve the entire organisation when it comes to a process of change: top to bottom. His focus is on the workplace. He participates in building new departments where active learning is key, and where employees take responsibility: more entrepreneurship + more cooperation = a more agile team.
As a trainer, he invites participants to use their own strength as a starting point. He offers them the tools to use their own core qualities in such a way, that it will instigate growth in both the organisation and the employee.
