Arie Gelderblom (1953) is a psychologist and has over 25 years of experience as an advisor, trainer, manager, and coach. His most important specialisation is working with managers and their teams as an advisor, trainer, and coach. To him, it has become increasingly more visible that managers often do too much, while there are only too few of them. "Only when the leader has a clear vision, he is able to clarify things for others" (Heider). Arie also thinks that it is important that people "break through their endless circles of creations" (Marinus Knoope) in order to get in touch with their vital abilities. This also goes for organisations and teams. Arie has worked intensively with our natural creation principles, and has made a success out of several projects with STRATCH, as a manager, in particularly around the body of thought of the Creation Spiral.
