As certified management consultant, Anne S. de Jong cmc is active in the field of strategy, structure, management and culture. He inspires people and organisations in order to develop their natural talents and realise their ambitions. His interactive presentations and workshops are met with great enthusiasm. In organisations he promotes selfguidance, growth and learning. Since 1995 he is a warm supporter of the strategic dialogue. In 1998, inspired by the Creation Spiral of Marinus Knoope, he put down the foundations for Ambition Management, which as a method aims for more success with less stress. For both commercial as well as non-profit organisations he introduces various techniques of interactive decision making and creative problem solving.
