Osmose wants to contribute to effective solutions.Osmose is an advisory organisation for multi cultural issues. The advisors of Osmose want to give an effective contribution to clear solutions for multicultural issues in our society. Equality and resposibility of all the members of the public form the starting point. Management of Osmose intend to develop a forceful advisory body that can uphold itself in the market and where all involved can express pride. STRATCH has been asked for support in developing the organisation.

  • het creëren van een gedeelde ambitie

  • het bevorderen van de dialoog

  • het met behulp van de Brainmap versterken van een organisatiecultuur waarin constructief wordt samengewerkt, gebruikmakend van de diversiteit van de managers en medewerkers
